Orders are sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping time refers to the period it takes for items to travel from our fulfillment center to the destination.

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–4 business days

Shipping Fees

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $60.00 USD or more.

Standard Shipping (Flat Rate)
Orders below $60.00 USD are subject to a flat shipping fee of $10.00 USD.

Expedited Shipping
An optional expedited shipping service is available for $15.00 USD, regardless of order value.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues. Sockverses is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours.


Damages

Sockverses is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
